The control system of the future – “Schubert Control System”:

Control and regulation software is at the heart of each system to ensure optimum and smooth 24-hour power plant operation. Our process know-how obtained from over 400 completed power plants at home and abroad is reflected in our software products. Our control systems stand out due to high availability and user-friendliness.

This lets the user himself decide whether he wishes to use the program with a touchscreen or if he prefers the conventional method of operating it with a mouse or touchpad. It is trivially easy to zoom into objects using the mouse wheel or simply with two fingers, which causes the next level to open. This process also functions inversely.

The user can also design the user interface himself by “dragging and dropping” program parts. Favorite views can thereby be saved so that they are available next time.

Depending on the customer’s wishes, alerts are issued via email, SMS or through a push notification on the iWatch and iPhone. The maintenance program manages all the technical data, the object’s life course and much more.


Turbine regulation:

Modern turbines regulator must meet the highest standards for safety, efficiency and availability. Schubert Elektroanlagen’s products offer all these advantages – both when installing new hydroelectric power plants and when modernizing and revitalizing existing power plants.

Our digital, microprocessor-controlled turbine regulation systems stand out due to their ideal effectiveness and optimum ease of use – irrespective of whether the system is manually-controlled or remotely monitored.

DIN 4321 is the foundation for the design (technical specifications for regulation systems).
